MR9 / CORPORATE

Designed for the audience.
Engineered for production

Corporate environments must communicate clearly, photograph well and work under real event conditions. We connect the visual idea to the practical requirements of cameras, presenters, guests, venues and installation schedules.

01 / SCENIC STAGES

Built for every viewpoint

Broadcast sets, presentation stages and scenic environments are developed around the brand, program format, screens, cameras, furniture and technical production.

CORPORATE EVENTS / WHAT THE WORK INCLUDES

A brand system built at room scale

Mr 9 Event Design develops branded environments, scenic elements and guest-facing installations for companies, agencies, producers and nonprofit organizations serving Boston, the North Shore, New England and programs nationwide.

What we design and produce

Corporate scopes can include registration and arrival environments, scenic stages, broadcast and presentation sets, branded bars, sponsor moments, photo activations, dimensional logos, graphic walls, illuminated centerpieces, custom furniture, wayfinding and room-wide décor systems. The objective is not to place a logo on every surface. It is to decide where the identity should be quiet, where it should be unmistakable and how guests will move through the experience.

We can execute an established brand guide, collaborate with an agency’s creative team or develop an event-specific visual direction from the brief. For galas and nonprofit programs, that may include donor recognition, mission storytelling and sponsor visibility. For meetings, launches and live productions, the emphasis may shift toward camera composition, stage architecture, signage hierarchy and repeatable branded details.

Design through strike

Work progresses through design, fabrication, installation and strike. During design, we establish scale, materials, graphics, lighting, sightlines and technical constraints. Approved concepts move into fabrication for printing, carpentry, finishing, lighting integration and test fitting. Our production team coordinates loading, labor, venue access, union or house requirements, installation sequencing and final adjustments. Following the event, we complete strike and removal within the agreed schedule.

Keeping these phases connected is a practical advantage. We design with loading doors, freight elevators, camera angles, fire-code requirements and installation time in mind. The finished environment is therefore engineered for the real venue and production schedule, not only for the presentation deck.

Budget, timing and custom fabrication

Corporate project pricing is based on the actual production scope rather than a one-size-fits-all package. Pricing is driven by the number of environments, scenic scale, material choices, graphic coverage, lighting, technology integration, labor, transportation, installation conditions and whether elements will be reused. We ask for a working budget early so we can prioritize the guest and camera moments with the highest value. When useful, we can separate core scope from optional enhancements or design pieces for adaptation across a series of events.

Lead time depends on approvals and complexity. Projects with custom scenic fabrication benefit from early design development, but focused work can sometimes move on an accelerated schedule. Custom fabrication may include CNC-cut forms, printed and applied graphics, built scenic structures, illuminated elements, specialty finishes and test assemblies. Mr 9 supports local programs throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore, regional work across New England and coordinated installations nationwide.
