What we design and produce

Wedding work may include full dance-floor graphics, escort and place-card installations, bars and back bars, stage surrounds, ceremony structures, custom signage, illuminated elements, scenic walls, lounge details and other fabricated pieces that connect the visual language of the celebration. We do not begin with a fixed package. We study the venue, planner’s direction, floral palette, guest flow and the moments that need the most impact, then determine where custom work will contribute meaningfully.

Some clients engage us for a single statement piece. Others ask us to develop a coordinated family of elements so the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception feel related without becoming repetitive. We can work from an established identity or help translate references, invitations, monograms, architecture and personal details into an event-scale design system.

Design through strike

Our process moves from design to fabrication, installation and strike. During design, we confirm dimensions, materials, graphics, color, finish and venue requirements. Fabrication brings approved drawings into the shop for printing, carpentry, finishing, lighting integration and test assembly. Before the event, we coordinate access, loading, installation timing and final placement with the planner, venue and production team.

After the celebration, our crew returns for strike and removal according to the venue schedule. This continuity matters. The people planning the object understand how it must be built, transported, installed and removed. That reduces last-minute compromises and helps custom elements look intentional in the actual room rather than only in a rendering.

Budget, timing and customization

Every wedding is quoted individually because cost depends on size, quantity, materials, engineering, printing, lighting, labor, trucking, venue access and strike requirements. A useful first conversation includes the working design budget and the pieces that matter most. We can then recommend where custom fabrication will have the strongest visual return and identify options at different levels of complexity.

Rather than publishing a package range that may have little connection to the finished scope, we prepare a detailed proposal around the event, venue and priorities.

Lead time varies with the season and complexity. Earlier involvement allows more time for design development, samples, approvals and venue coordination; compressed schedules may still be possible when the scope is focused. Custom fabrication means the dimensions, graphics and finish are developed for the specific event rather than selected from a standard décor package. Projects may be produced locally for Boston and North Shore venues or coordinated for installation elsewhere in New England and nationwide.
