WHAT THIS SERVICE MEANS

The stage must support the program—not compete with it

A stage frames presenters, performers, screens, cameras and content. The scenic design must provide visual identity while preserving sightlines, technical access, safe movement and the production team’s requirements.

SCOPE / CAPABILITIES

What the work can include

Presentation and awards stages

Scenic walls, screen surrounds, branded architecture, podium environments and camera-ready compositions.

Broadcast and hybrid-event sets

Sets planned for camera sightlines, lighting, screens, furniture, production access and live audiences.

Custom DJ booths and surrounds

Graphic, illuminated and dimensional DJ environments integrated with equipment and cable needs.

Performance backdrops

Scenic structures, graphic walls, stage portals and visual framing for live entertainment.

Screen and technology integration

Openings, surrounds, support assumptions, cable paths, service access and finishing around technical elements.

Stage furniture and scenic details

Custom desks, counters, dimensional logos, branded surfaces and supporting environmental pieces.

Start with program requirements

Presenter count, performance format, screens, cameras, teleprompters, lighting, audio, entrances, exits and backstage access affect the scenic solution.

Design for multiple viewpoints

The front row, back of room, camera crop and side-angle photographs may see different parts of the set. A strong design remains intentional across important viewpoints.

Coordinate responsibilities clearly

The scenic scope may interact with staging, rigging, audiovisual, lighting, power and venue labor. Interfaces are documented so each vendor knows what to provide and when.

PLAN THE PROJECT

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Answers before production begins

Do you build scenic sets for broadcast and hybrid events?

Yes. Sets can be planned around cameras, screens, lighting, presenters, furniture, production access and live audience sightlines.

Can you create a custom DJ booth?

Yes. We can develop a branded, illuminated or scenic surround while coordinating equipment dimensions, ventilation and cable access.

Do you provide audiovisual equipment?

Our core scope is scenic design, fabrication and installation. Audiovisual is typically provided by a technical-production partner and coordinated with the set.

Can the set be reused?

Yes, when modularity, replaceable graphics and protective packing are planned from the beginning.
