THE CHALLENGE
The football theme needed to feel specific to the guest of honor and visually complete, not like separate sports props placed around a rented ballroom.
THE SCOPE
Mr 9 coordinated the room environment, player imagery, scenic graphics, illuminated football-field dining tables, goalpost centerpieces and a personalized football-field seating display.
PRODUCTION + INSTALLATION
The guest-of-honor imagery and graphic system were adapted across different scales. Table structures, lighting, centerpieces and seating information each required separate functional planning. The installation sequence accounted for furniture placement, graphics, lighting, guest flow and final photography.
THE RESULT
The room carried one unmistakable point of view from the table environment to the seating display and photo areas. The project demonstrates how personal interests can become a complete event environment without losing operational clarity.
