EVENT LOGISTICS + INSTALLATION + STRIKE
WHAT THIS SERVICE MEANS
Even a well-built element can fail if the truck is wrong, the loading path is not measured, the crew lacks information or the venue window is unrealistic. Mr 9 treats logistics, installation and strike as part of design and fabrication.
SCOPE / CAPABILITIES
Protective materials, component identification, hardware control, loading sequence and documentation.
Vehicle selection, delivery timing, parking, dock access, urban constraints and return scheduling.
Certificates, contacts, union or house labor, freight elevators, surface protection, power and room access.
Layout, assembly, graphics application, alignment, lighting connection, cleaning and final presentation.
Completion photographs, walkthrough, client or planner signoff and documentation of unresolved conditions.
Breakdown, removal, packing, damage notes, venue cleanup, return handling, storage or disposal.
Date, venue address, room, contacts, truck, crew, loading instructions, floor plans, setup diagrams, quantities, tools, schedule, strike and return instructions should be consolidated before the job reaches the warehouse.
The installation sequence affects fabrication, packing and loading. Large elements may enter first; floor graphics require a clean room; technology, drape, florals and furniture may depend on one another.
Completion photographs and staff notes provide an operational record. Problems, venue changes, damage or client requests are recorded so the office can respond.
PLAN THE PROJECT
Send whatever is available. Unknown details can be identified clearly and followed up without preventing the first conversation.
